Valet service was awesome, and so was Raul! Helped out with all our bags and had great tips for what to check out nearby. The room was so nice and clean, but let’s be real—could’ve used more comfy seating in the common areas. All in all, wicked fun time!

Oh wow, what a treat staying here. My room was not only lacking fridge, but also cleanliness – leftover chips from previous guests? Delightful! And since I apparently had to book an upgrade for actual service, what’s the point? Almost gave Harrah's a good review, but just couldn’t. Btw, the carpet?
